I am now in possesion of my D700 (got it at the begining of this month) and have had fun trying it out. The low light performance on this thing is nothing short of amazing and I can’t wait to see the results from the first wedding I have for this year’s wedding season.
I will soon be in possession of my new kit for next years weddings (I’m like a big kid at Christmas at the minute lol), so all my clients getting married next year will get some “amazing” quality shots presented to them. I get complimented on my work a lot, but it will be 10 times better with the new equipment….. I can’t wait to get my hands on it
)
I recently spent a week in Scotland (got back about 20 minutes ago lol) I didn’t do too much “photography” stuff, I actually had a break from it in comparison to how I am normally. But I did do a little bit, here’s one of the shots I took, the sun was beating down through the autumn trees and looked like a really nice, so I took the shot…. then gave a little enhancement to what mother nature created.
Like I said, here’s one shot, there are others and I’ll upload them in do course… Going to unpack now…

I was perusing through my work over the past couple of days and revisiting some shots. At the time I didn’t know what to do with at them, from a “post production” point of view. I discovered that when I did get round to edit them, I usually converted them to black and white.
I don’t know why I love black and white images so much, I think it’s the elegance, drama and depth a monochrome image brings. I do spend a lot of time on my conversions, but the results can be amazing. I think that’s why they’re my favourite type of image to produce.
As well as the regular address of www.ezekieltaylor.co.uk I’ve now purchased www.weddingphotographerderby.co.uk This addition has been implimented because my name….. can be a pain to spell Lol. So although the new name is long, It will probably be easier for people to remember.
They both bring up the exact same sites (except for the “My Wedding” Online service I offer, that still lives at http://mywedding.ezekieltaylor.co.uk/

Lynsey (pictured) and Sam, the latest people I’ve taken shots for, wedding wise. The church was St Helen’s in Etwall Derbyshire, then to Horsley Lodge for the reception.
Excellent day for photos, not too sunny and not so hot that it made them bake lol.
The pics aren’t up yet (at the time of writing this) but will be in the next day or so.
Check out http://mywedding.ezekieltaylor.co.uk/ to see the images.
